Art of Living Part 1 is a comprehensive wellness program taught in 11 hours spread over three days that trains participants in evidence-based SKY meditation, breathwork, yoga, social connection, and mindful leadership. SKY significantly benefits six well-being outcomes - depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and social connectedness compared to state-of-the-art well-being interventions*.
Through interpersonal exercises and service initiatives, participants forge meaningful relationships and discover a deeper purpose. The wellness program is designed to enhance self-esteem, foster social connections, cultivate positive relationships, develop practical soft skills, instill a sense of responsibility, and build effective leadership abilities.
SKY Breath Meditation is a powerful tool to de-stress, energize the mind and body, help one manage emotions effortlessly, and be more productive and happier in every aspect of life. Art of Living Part 1 graduates are taught an effortless and effective technique that can be practiced daily at home.
*Attendance to all retreat sessions is mandatory to ensure the integrity and efficacy of the experience.
