The upcoming retreat will be facilitated by Kunwar Gadhok, a marketing expert and a senior meditation facilitator who has taught meditation & skill development programs in public settings, universities, and corporate organizations across the globe, including Microsoft, Google, Expedia, and Amazon, and Nitin Garg, a senior breathwork facilitator and senior process director in a pharmaceutical company, and has taught breathwork, yoga, and meditation to several thousand university students, faculty, staff, and working professionals in USA.
SKY Breath Meditation and the Happiness Retreat have been shown in research to reduce anxiety and depression significantly, lower stress markers, increase well-being and focus, and improve sleep, optimism, and social connection.
Participants report an increased ability to stay calm, confident, and resilient amidst challenges, increased levels of social connection and feelings of inclusion, and less suicidal feelings.
